Andrew Fairbanks grows indoor greens in the Milford area of Michigan. With Grace, he also runs Dink Masters. The names are not interchangeable.

How this is run
Not a catalog farm. Not a country club.
The farm is trays, lights, and whatever we can finish well. Dink Masters is coaching. Both sit under the same roof. Neither is a storefront, a membership, or a harvest calendar dressed up as inventory.
