Grow

Indoor rows, Michigan light.

Year-round hydroponics from a house in the Milford area: microgreens, mushrooms, lettuce. We say what is growing. We do not invent what is on the shelf.

Microgreens

Fast trays

Short cycles. Dense flavor. This is the crop we can keep in motion for kitchens and neighbors who actually want them.

Mushrooms

A slower craft

Blocks take patience. We are building the habit, not a wholesale story. Order a box ahead and we will confirm when a run is real.

Lettuce

Steady heads

Indoor lettuce is about even light and a small footprint. We grow heads we can finish. Order ahead; we confirm the count by email.

The method

What grows in water.

Hydroponics loves leafy plants, herbs, berries, and fruiting crops. Mushrooms live here too — on blocks, not in the channels. This is what the method can do. The cart still sells three things: lettuce, mushrooms, and microgreens.

Bundles of fresh leafy greens, still on the stem.
Leafy greens Lettuce, spinach, kale, bok choy.

Microgreens The fast trays we already sell.

Herbs Basil, mint, cilantro, parsley.
Ripe strawberries hanging from a greenhouse trough.
Strawberries A natural hydro crop. Not on the cart yet.
Tomatoes ripening on the vine in a greenhouse.
Fruiting crops Tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers.

Mushrooms Indoor, on blocks, not hydroponic. Still this farm.

Why indoor

The weather does not get a vote.

Michigan winters are long. Indoor lights are not a slogan; they are how the trays stay alive. We grow at home. Capacity is small on purpose.
